Our primary offer

Pay per signed retainer

You receive a signed retainer, with the police report pulled and the primary claimant's policy limits checked at enrollment.

We work with firms that can absorb 10 or more new signed cases a month.

Who this is for

Firms that want the case on the desk

Personal injury firms that want cases on the desk rather than leads in a queue, and firms whose intake is already at capacity.

What you receive

The same list every time

  • A signed retainer, not a form fill or a phone number
  • The police report, pulled at enrollment
  • Policy limits checked on the primary claimant
  • Qualification criteria written into the agreement, where you can hold us to them
  • Pricing that moves with the injuries and the policies involved
The process

How a signed retainer reaches you

1

We source the claimant

Across several channels rather than one saturated ad account, so no single platform can switch off your supply.

2

We qualify against written criteria

Motor vehicle accident, not at fault, injured, seeking treatment, no attorney retained, no thirty day treatment gap, accident inside the window, in your service area, both parties insured. We add your own disqualifiers to the form.

3

We verify the person is real

One-time password verification and TrustedForm on every record. That gives you a quality check and a defensible record of consent at the same time.

4

We pull the report and check the limits

We retrieve the police report and check the primary claimant's policy limits at enrollment.

5

You receive the signed retainer

Delivered to your system in seconds, never batched, with the report and the limits attached.

The question everyone asks

If you are paid per signed case, why would you send us your best ones?

It is the reason we do not price every case the same.

A vendor paid a flat fee per signed case has an incentive to send whatever signs fastest. Our pricing moves with the injuries and the insurance policies involved, so a serious case is worth more to us to deliver than a weak one. We also pull the police report and check the primary claimant's policy limits before the case reaches you. What a case is worth is therefore visible to both of us at the same moment, not discovered by you three weeks later.

The work is done as a contractor to your firm. You keep the client relationship and the professional responsibility, exactly as you would with any other vendor performing intake.

If something is wrong

What happens when something is wrong

Bad numbers, out of area, duplicates, or anything that fails the criteria we agreed on is replaced one for one. Replacements are credited against your next order rather than refunded in cash, which is exactly how it reads in the agreement. Disputes need a call recording, a text or an email, and it works in both directions.

Find out what we can deliver in your states

A short call. We ask what you currently pay per signed case, what your intake looks like, and which states you are licensed in. If we are not a fit we will say so on the call.
