Signed retainers, with the police reportand policy limits already checked.

We source the claimant, qualify them against criteria written into your agreement, and hand you a signed retainer. Pay per retainer or per lead.

Why firms call us

The last company took the money and went quiet

Almost every attorney we speak to has already paid a lead vendor and got very little back. Someone spent sixty thousand dollars and never heard from the company again. Someone else spent fifty and got one case. That is where these conversations start, and no promise fixes it.

So we skip the promises. The mechanism is on this page, the qualification criteria go into the agreement where you can hold us to them, and we carry more of the money risk than the firms we compete with. If any of that turns out to be untrue, you will see it immediately instead of six weeks later.

How delivery works

Every step here is one you can check

1

We source the claimant

Across several channels rather than one saturated ad account, so no single platform can switch off your supply.

2

We qualify against written criteria

Motor vehicle accident, not at fault, injured, seeking treatment, no attorney retained, no thirty day treatment gap, accident inside the window, in your service area, both parties insured. We add your own disqualifiers to the form.

3

We verify the person is real

One-time password verification and TrustedForm on every record. That gives you a quality check and a defensible record of consent at the same time.

4

We pull the report and check the limits

We retrieve the police report and check the primary claimant's policy limits at enrollment.

5

You receive the signed retainer

Delivered to your system in seconds, never batched, with the report and the limits attached.

What firms have paid

Described exactly as they happened

$60Cost per lead for a large national firm buying cases nationwide
$70Cost per lead for a large West Coast firm buying across several states
$333kEarned by a Texas solo practitioner from a single commercial case

We describe firms instead of naming them, because we do not publish a client's name without their permission. See the detail behind each one.

Two ways to buy

Signed retainers, or qualified leads

Which one is right depends on your intake. A firm with a strong intake team converts leads well and should buy volume. If yours is already at capacity, buy the signed case instead. We will tell you which you are on the call.

Things firms ask us for

We take on work and risk that other vendors push back to you

Fractional legal assistant

Prelitigation work handled for you. Filing the insurance claim, setting up medical appointments for the claimant, and negotiating medical liens with providers.

Financing for case acquisition

Payment terms, a two payment buy now and pay later structure, or a credit line, so the cost of acquiring cases does not sit on your balance sheet.

Police report and policy limits

We pull the report and check the primary claimant's coverage at enrollment, so you know what a case is worth before you work it.

If something is wrong

What happens when something is wrong

Bad numbers, out of area, duplicates, or anything that fails the criteria we agreed on is replaced one for one. Replacements are credited against your next order rather than refunded in cash, which is exactly how it reads in the agreement. Disputes need a call recording, a text or an email, and it works in both directions.

We work with firms that can absorb 10 or more new signed cases a month.

Find out what we can deliver in your states

A short call. We ask what you currently pay per signed case, what your intake looks like, and which states you are licensed in. If we are not a fit we will say so on the call.
