This page describes what this website collects, who processes it, and how to get it removed. It is written from the suppliers actually in use rather than from a template.

What we collect
There is no contact form on this website. The only ways to reach us are the booking calendar, email and phone, and each of them is something you choose to start.
If you book a call, you give the booking calendar your name, your email address and whatever else you type into it. If you email or call us, we have whatever you send. That is all.
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and does not track you between pages or between visits.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website. It processes your IP address in order to serve you the page.
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar. If you book a call, the details you enter go to Cal.com.
- Google Fonts serves two typefaces used on this site.
- YouTube, owned by Google, hosts the video on our About page. Nothing is requested from YouTube or Google until you press play on it. If you do press play, YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies on your device, and their privacy policy applies from that point. We use their no-cookie player, which does not set advertising cookies.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other law firms or with other vendors. We do not use it for anything except replying to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for two years afterwards, so we can find the history if you come back.
Getting it removed
Email preston@thebatesgrp.com and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
